What to Expect

Traditional bodywork comes in many forms to enhance your body's function and mobility.

During your first session, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your health, lifestyle, and any factors that may be contributing to imbalances. Based on this information, we will create a personalized diagnosis and treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Each bodywork session is designed to alleviate tension, promote healing, and optimize well-being. Bodywork is often combined with acupuncture for optimal results.

Dana is not only an acupuncturist and herbalist, but she is also trained in massage therapy which she used to help relieve the tension that I had in my neck and jaw due to teeth clenching and stress. Best of all, Dana is a great listener and a wonderful person. She really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!
